Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by D3 Digital Services Limited to its clients. They cover our digital design and development, application development, branding, e-commerce, technical SEO, marketing, hosting, support and maintenance services.

The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in the relevant proposal, quotation or statement of work.

Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where permitted by applicable law, overdue invoices may be subject to a late-payment fee of £25 per month (or equivalent local currency) for as long as the invoice remains unpaid. Late-payment fees will not be compounded and will be calculated separately from the overdue invoice amount.

We reserve the right to suspend services, withhold deliverables, or terminate ongoing work until all outstanding amounts, including any applicable late-payment fees, have been paid in full.

Recurring services, including hosting, maintenance, support, and retainer services, are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
