One portal for the entire repair journey. We built a Bodyshop Repair Portal that pulls quotes, vehicles, depots, repairers, documents and reporting into a single connected system, giving the fleet team one organised view of every repair from first assessment to final sign-off. Delivered as both a web application and native iOS and Android apps, so teams can manage repairs from the office or out on the forecourt.

Running a national delivery fleet means damage is constant, and managing those repairs used to mean juggling spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected systems. The fleet operator needed a single source of truth, so we built a Bodyshop Repair Portal that brings quotes, vehicles, depots, repairers, documents and reporting together in one place and gives every team a clear, real-time view of the work in progress.

Quotes sit at the heart of the portal. Repairers submit estimates directly into the system, the fleet team reviews, queries and approves them against agreed rates, and every decision is logged with a full audit trail. What used to take days of back-and-forth now happens in a single, transparent workflow.

Around the quote, the portal tracks the full picture: every vehicle and its repair history, the depot it belongs to, and the approved repairer handling the job. Managers can see at a glance where each van is in the process, which depots have the most damage and how individual repairers are performing.

Documents and reporting tie it all together. Estimates, photos, invoices and sign-off paperwork are stored against each repair, while live dashboards turn that data into reporting on cost, turnaround time and repair volumes, helping the fleet team control spend and spot trends across the fleet.

The portal goes wherever the work does. Alongside the full-featured web application, we built native iOS and Android apps so assessors and depot staff can capture damage, photograph vehicles and update repairs straight from their phone at the roadside or on the forecourt, with everything syncing back to the same central system in real time.

We designed and built the portal end to end, from data model and user experience to the secure multi-role access that lets fleet managers, depot staff and external repairers all work in the same system, delivering a tool that replaces scattered processes with one calm, organised place to manage every repair.
